Dori Pole nylon pennants flutter and rotate horizontally. When there is little or no wind, the pennants continuously provide color. The pennants are easily changed using a tension arm system and sleeves of the yoke. All pennants (new and replacements) come with new fiberglass arms and wire clasp.
