ShipmentDori Poles are shipped F.O.B. Kalamazoo, Michigan via common carrier or UPS Ground, depending on the size, length and weight of the product ordered. Oversize charges may apply to taller pole systems. Inspection PolicyThe buyer agrees to examine the product immediately upon receipt. Consort must be notified of any product quality or quantity disputes within three (3) business days of receipt. Failure to notify Consort of any dispute or damaged goods within this time frame constitutes a waiver of any dispute.
WarrantyDori Pole products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship when installed, handled and maintained according to Consort specifications and/or instructions. Warranty protection is voided when the product is used or installed in any manner contrary to Consort specifications and/or instructions or when the product is altered or modified in any way. The warrantee period begins on the date of purchase, which is typically the invoice date. Dori Pole yokes and poles are warranted for one year from the date of purchase. Dori Pole pennants are warranted for 30 days in winds less than 35 mph. Pennants should not be flown when wind or wind gusts exceed 35 mph. Nylon pennants and flags which are flown continuously on outdoor poles will normally begin to show slight signs of wear and fraying within the first 30 to 60 days due to sun, weather elements, wind gusting and constant movement. Most flag companies recommend replacing flags and pennants at least every 6 months to maintain fresh, colorful presentations. Warranty RemedyIf, during the above warranty periods, your Dori Pole product fails to perform for material or workmanship reasons, please contact Consort for inspection and warranty certification. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained prior to returning any product. Collect shipments will be refused. Defective product will be repaired or replaced at Consort's discretion and expense, and returned to the buyer. CancellationCancellation of a confirmed order is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Cancellation of a custom or screen printed order is subject to a 25-100% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee for custom products is determined by the resale potential for the custom product. ReturnsReturned unused merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Consort will not accept a return of product which has been used. The buyer assumes the responsibility and expense of returning the merchandise. Liability for lost or damaged product rests with the buyer until the returned merchandise is duly accepted by Consort. Merchandise may not be returned without prior written authorization from Consort in the form of a Consort-issued Return Authorization Number. Collect shipments will be refused. |
