Dori Pole 30-Day Return Policy

30-Day Returns

Dori Pole accepts returns of eligible products within 30 days from the date of the original invoice.

To qualify for a return, products must meet all of the following requirements:

• The return request must be made within 30 days of the original invoice date.
• Products must be unused and have not been installed, assembled, or otherwise put into service.
• Products must be returned in brand-new, original, and resalable condition.
• Products must include all original components, packaging, instructions, and accessories, where applicable.
• Products that show signs of use, installation, wear, damage, modification, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Return Authorization

All returns must receive prior authorization from Dori Pole before being shipped back. Customers should contact Dori Pole Customer Service to request return authorization and receive return instructions. Unauthorized or collect shipments may be refused.

Inspection and Refund

Upon receipt, returned products will be inspected to verify that they meet the requirements of this policy. If the product is determined to be eligible for return, the applicable refund will be processed according to the original order and payment terms.

Products that do not meet the return requirements may be refused or returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

This 30-day return policy applies to eligible products and does not replace or modify any applicable product warranty. Warranty claims for defective products are handled separately under Dori Pole’s applicable warranty terms.
